Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Opened or used perfume products.
  • Products with removed seals, damaged boxes, or missing packaging.
  • Items damaged after purchase due to misuse, storage, heat exposure, or mishandling.
  • Products purchased from another store, seller, or third-party platform.
  • Products where the customer simply changes preference after opening or testing the product.

Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive the wrong product or notice visible damage at the time of purchase or delivery, please contact us as soon as possible through WhatsApp, phone, email, or by visiting our store.

To help us review the issue, please share the purchase proof, product photos, packaging photos, and a clear explanation of the concern.

Exchange Process
